¶ Your categories
Select the Categories section in the left menu. This screen lists all your categories, both active and hidden.
¶ Creating/editing a category
Click the Add button or click an existing category. The category properties screen opens. You can change:
- Visibility: available or hidden from customers in the bot
- Parent category — for nested categories and building a catalog tree
- Name
- Product display type: Line (product on a separate line), Grid (2 square products per row), Vertical card (2 vertical products per row, marketplace type), Horizontal scroll(products scroll horizontally)
- Category description. This field is for your own use and is not shown in the bot.
- Products on main page — you can limit number of products to show from the category on main page
¶ Sorting categories
Categories appear in the bot in the same order as they are shown on this screen.
To change the order, press and hold the 8-dot handle at the start of a row, then drag the category above or below another row.
